Artwork Charges - when do they apply?

We apply a minimum charge of $20 ($65 per hour) if your art must be manipulated in any way other than proportionally re-sizing to fit the product. This does NOT include a standard setup charge that applies to most orders. To avoid such charges, your artwork MUST be supplied to us in a correct, "ready-to-use" format. Here are some common file formats that we can work with: Vectored EPS (preferred), TIFF (min. 300dpi at actual size), BMP(min. 300dpi at actual size), PSD (Photoshop Document)
