What is "resolution" regarding artwork?
We strongly suggest a minimum of 300dpi and within 10% of the actual size that the artwork will be reproduced.
The resolution of an image is measured in dots per inch (dpi). The more dots per inch, the better the quality of the image. An image at 72dpi (the resolution of images viewed through your browser on the web) will cause jagged edges (or pixelation) in the end result, especially if the artwork were to be enlarged for an item such as a tee shirt. For this reason we encourage vectored Encapsulated Postscript files or EPS.
