What is the best format to send artwork?

One of the most versatile, "cross-platform friendly" file formats for artwork is "EPS" (Encapsulated Postscript). Virtually all page layout or graphics programs accept "imported" or "placed" EPS files. You should also convert all fonts to "outlines" or "curves". Otherwise, you'll need to send all the fonts used on the artwork. Remember to send all "placed" or "embedded" files along with the EPS. Please call our Art Department for assistance at 407-339-0901.
